Binghatti Tulip apartments for holidays and short stays in JVC

Most people who ask about Binghatti Tulip start with the pool on the balcony. It's real, it's small, and it belongs to the apartment. Some of our two-bedrooms here have one built into the outdoor space, and that's usually what draws people to this building over its neighbours.

Tulip comes from Binghatti Developers and sits in Jumeirah Village Circle. It's a home building first: the people in the lift are heading to work or doing the school run, not checking out of a resort. Our guests here tend to stay a few nights on a city break, or settle in for several weeks while they get to know Dubai.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Staying in Tulip day to day

Expect an apartment block with a lived-in feel. Evenings tend to be calm, and you're a guest among residents rather than one of a crowd of tourists. That suits most visitors. If you're hoping for a lobby buzzing with things to do, this isn't it.

About that balcony pool. Think plunge pool: somewhere to cool off after a hot afternoon or sit with your feet in the water at night. You won't swim lengths in it. With young children, treat it like any water and keep an eye on them.

We won't list shared facilities here without being certain. If a gym or a communal pool would decide it for you, ask, and we'll confirm what guests can use during your dates.

What we have in the building

Our mix in Tulip leans towards two-bedrooms, the ones with the private balcony pool, alongside studios higher up with views out over the city.

The two-bedrooms give a family or two couples room to spread out, and the pool turns the balcony into the place everyone ends up. The studios are compact. A solo traveller or a pair packing light will be comfortable for a week or so. Over a full month, a studio can start to feel snug, so think about how much time you'll spend indoors.

Who it suits and what's close by

Families and small groups get the most from Tulip because of those balcony pools. Studio guests get the view and a simple base.

Circle Mall is nearby for shopping and food, and there are grocery stores and a bus stop close to the building. JVC also has community parks for a morning walk. If you're driving, getting onto Al Khail Road is quick, which helps when your plans take you to other parts of Dubai.

Questions people ask

Is the balcony pool shared with other apartments?

No. It's part of that apartment's balcony and only your group uses it. It's small, more for cooling off than swimming. Only the two-bedrooms have one, not the studios.

Can I manage at Binghatti Tulip without a car?

For everyday things, yes. Groceries, a bus stop and Circle Mall are all nearby. For trips further across Dubai you'll want a car or a taxi, and drivers will appreciate the quick route onto Al Khail Road.

Is a studio here comfortable for a longer stay?

For a week or two, most people find it fine, and the higher-floor view helps. For a month, especially with two of you working from the apartment, a two-bedroom gives you far more breathing space. Send us your dates and how you plan to spend your days, and we'll give you an honest view.
