Day to day in the building
For a building of this kind, the shared amenities are fairly generous. You get a pool and jacuzzi, plus a gym and a sauna, so you can train in the morning and sweat it out afterwards without going anywhere.
Outside, the landscaped grounds have seating zones, barbecues and somewhere for children to play. The barbecue is a nice extra if you're staying a week or more and fancy cooking outdoors one evening. High-speed elevators serve the building, so a high-floor apartment doesn't mean a long wait every time you pop out.
Allocated parking is included. If you're hiring a car, which many people do in JVC, that removes one of the small daily headaches.
