Holiday Apartments in Binghatti Amber, Jumeirah Village Circle

Binghatti Developers put up Amber as a home for residents in Jumeirah Village Circle, and that shapes what a stay here feels like. Your neighbours are mostly people who live in the building, so day to day it runs like an ordinary block rather than a hotel. For a holiday or a few weeks in Dubai, we think that's mostly a good thing.

We'd rather keep this page short than pad it with guesses. Below is what the building has, what we manage here, and who we think it suits.

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the building

The basics are covered. The building has its own pool and gym, so your morning swim or workout happens downstairs. Security is staffed 24/7, and the high-speed lifts help if you're heading out and back several times a day.

Outside, there are landscaped areas and a children's play area, and the building's features list a central park. If you're driving, an allocated parking space comes with the apartment. That matters in a residential area where you don't want to circle for a spot after a day out.

The trade-off is that you're a guest among people who live here. Expect neighbours, school runs and ordinary weekday life around you, not a lobby full of holidaymakers.

What we have here

Our apartments in Binghatti Amber are studios and one-bedrooms. If you'll spend most of the day out, a studio is plenty for one person or a couple. With a one-bedroom, the bed sits behind its own door, which helps over a longer stay or when a child goes to sleep before you do.

What's free changes, so the live listings show what's open for your dates.

Who it suits, and what's around

Families get the most from it, thanks to the play area, pool and green space. It also suits people staying a month or so, since a gym in the building makes a regular routine easy to keep.

Our building notes mention a retail centre close by, along with places to eat. We've left out walking times because we'd rather not guess. If being close to a particular place matters to you, ask us before you decide.
