Staying in Binghatti House, JVC: our one-bedroom apartments
Binghatti House is a residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle, put up by Binghatti Developers. Our apartments here are one-bedrooms, each with a balcony, and they work well for a few nights or a stay that runs to weeks.
We'll be straight with you: this page is short on building trivia. We would rather tell you only what we know for certain than pad it out. If something about the building matters to your trip, send us the question and you'll get a plain answer from us.

Living in a residential building
Binghatti House is a residential block first, and that shapes the whole stay. Your neighbours are residents going about their week, so the feel is everyday rather than resort. For many guests that is the appeal. You come back to a home, not a lobby full of luggage trolleys.
The flip side is that there's no concierge desk running activities or a reception to call for a taxi. You arrive, settle in and come and go as you like. If you want someone fussing over you, a hotel suits better. If you want your own front door, this does.
Our apartments here
Everything we manage in Binghatti House is a one-bedroom. That means a bedroom you can close off from the living space. It matters more than it sounds when one person is up early and another wants to sleep, or when you're working from the sofa while someone naps.
Each of ours has a balcony, and some look out over the city. No two layouts are quite identical, so check the live list on this page to see what's open for your dates.
Who it suits
Couples, friends travelling together and small families who'd rather have a proper apartment than a hotel room tend to do well here. So do guests settling in for several weeks or a full month, when a separate bedroom and somewhere to sit outside start to make a real difference.
On the surroundings, we won't guess at distances or name places we can't vouch for. Tell us what you need nearby, whether that's a supermarket, a gym or an easy route to work, and we'll tell you honestly how this building fits.
