Holiday Apartments in Binghatti Corner, JVC

Binghatti Developers put up Binghatti Corner in Jumeirah Village Circle as a place for residents to live, not as a hotel. That shapes the stay. You share the lift, the lobby and the pool with neighbours who have jobs and routines. Most guests find that calmer than a hotel corridor.

We look after a handful of flats here for holidays and short stays. Below is what the building actually gives you and what our flats are like. We also say plainly where our information runs out.

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the building

You come in through a proper lobby, and reception and security are staffed around the clock. If your flight lands in the small hours, there is a person at the desk rather than a dark entrance and a keypad. There is a lift up to the flats, a small mercy when you're hauling two suitcases and a pushchair.

When you're not out exploring, the building has a swimming pool, a gym, an outdoor play area for children and BBQ facilities. These are shared with everyone who lives here. So expect company at the pool on a warm weekend afternoon, and plan your gym session for a quieter hour if you like the machines to yourself.

Allocated parking comes with the building. Drive in from the airport in a rental and you won't be circling the streets at night looking for a space.

Our flats here

At the moment our apartments at Binghatti Corner are one-bedrooms. You get a separate bedroom you can close the door on and a living area for everything else. That layout works well for a couple, or for a small family who want the children asleep in one room while the adults stay up in the other.

One of ours looks out over the city. What we have here changes over time, so check the current flats on this page against your dates.

Who it suits, and what we won't claim

It suits families, thanks to the play area and pool, and drivers, thanks to the parking. Over a month-long stay, being able to train in the building and gather round a BBQ on a Friday evening makes the place feel less like a stopover and more like home. It suits you less if you want restaurants and nightlife under the same roof, because nothing like that appears in the building's features.

As for the streets around it, our notes don't include distances or a list of nearby places, and we'd rather not guess. Send us your dates and ask about anything specific you need nearby.

Questions people ask

Is there parking for a hire car?

Yes. Allocated parking is included with the building. Ask us which space goes with the flat you're interested in, so you know where to head when you arrive.

What if we arrive very late at night?

Reception and security run 24/7, so someone is in the lobby whatever time you turn up. Let us know your flight time when you send your dates.

What is there for small children at Binghatti Corner?

It has an outdoor children's play area and a pool, and the one-bedroom layout gives you a separate room for naps. The facilities are shared with residents, and we don't know of any pool supervision, so an adult should stay poolside whenever the children swim.
